This main area of the property features an impressive landscaped entrance. It leads down to the air-conditioned foyer which welcomes you to the open plan dining room, living room, kitchen and bar area with vaulted ceilings, and a special, updated island feel.
The kitchen is a dream, well-equipped and relaxing with an interesting counter area and a bar off to the side. Work of the Louisiana artist, Francis Pavy is featured here as well as some pieces by St Barth island artists.
The master bedroom and bath is a suite known as "Le Soleil" and includes an antique bed, a claw foot tub, open shower and a desk counter all overlooking the ocean.
The second bedroom, known as "Le Soleil II" welcomes a couple with impressive privacy and views.
These two bedrooms flank the beautiful pool, the new wooden deck and the outdoor shower.
There is also ample parking for two cars at the entrance.
